  Performance comparison between /Jiangsu Gongtang /glass-lined half-pipe coiled jacket /and /overall jacket/:

1. Container type /and safety: The overall jacket method /belongs to/ fixed heating /or cooling /with pressure operation, and the general pressure resistance is 0.6~0.8Mpa. If higher pressure is required, the thickness of the steel plate needs to be increased. The half-pipe jacket method/ belongs to the liquid flow heating or cooling/ operation method, which can withstand the pressure at 1.5~2.0Mpa. In terms of safety, the half-pipe coiled jacket type/ is not regulated equipment , and its pressure resistance/ is much higher than that of the overall jacket, making it safer and more controllable to use.

2. Heat exchange effect: Although the heat exchange area /of the/ half-pipe coiled jacket method/ is about 1/3 smaller than that of the outer jacket method, the flow rate/ can be increased to/ 2~3 times that of the outer jacket method, which actually increases the heat transfer efficiency.While the overall jacketed heat transfer medium/ is easy to form turbulence, short circuit, uneven heat transfer,but the half-pipe coiled jacket type does not have this defect. Therefore, for liquid heating medium and cooling medium, the effect of the half-pipe jacket method is remarkable. The half-pipe jacket design /can greatly reduce /the required cooling water flow and the required pump pressure to obtain better heat transfer capabilities than conventional jackets.

3. Rigidity: The half-pipe jacket enhances the rigidity of the reactor. The half-pipe jacket belongs to the  high-speed flow/ heat exchange method, which reduces the external pressure on the inner tank body and actually enhances the rigidity of the reactor.

4. Corrosion resistance comparison: when cooling with cooling brine, it is easy to form H+ and CL- ion corrosion on the metal, and the overall jacket method is easy to form solution deposition and corrosion; the half-pipe coiled jacket type method adopts/ bottom-in and top-out /high-speed/ circulation which not easy to form deposition , and scaling is not easy to corrode the tube wall.

5. Avoid contamination by different media: For heating and cooling that need to be performed alternately, and the heating and cooling media are different media, an independent double-pass half-coil style can be used to avoid mutual contamination of residual cold and hot media and facilitate the switching operation of cold and hot media.
