Installation method of Jiangsu Gongtang detachable agitator:
1. The stirring shaft should enter into the reactor from the manhole, and the stirring paddle enters the reactor from the manhole and is assembled inside the reactor. The stirring shaft is cooled by liquid nitrogen in advance. After the stirring shaft shrinks at low temperature, the stirring blades is put into it. And when the liquid nitrogen is closed and the shaft restored to normal temperature,the blades and the shaft will be matched very closely ,of course,no material can penetrate such connection..
2. During the operation of removing or replacing the agitator blades, there is a gap after the shaft cools and shrinks, so that the agitator blades can be easily and safely removed.
3. The four-column rack has more ample installation space than the ordinary type rack. The optimized design of the structure enables the user to quickly change the machine seal without removing the reducer or the agitator . Here it can avoid removing the installed pipeline lines and avoid personnel entering the reactor inside to increase the unsafe factors.
